As demand for flexible palletizing automation accelerates across the Middle South, Huayan Robotics America is expanding its regional sales leadership.

Position Overview:

The USA (Middle South) Robotics Palletizing Cell Sales Manager is responsible for driving regional sales of Cobot-based palletizing cells, including standard and customized end-of-line automation solutions. This role focuses on industries such as food & beverage, logistics, packaging, consumer goods, agriculture, and building materials, where flexible palletizing automation delivers immediate ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute the regional sales strategy for Cobot palletizing cells in the Middle South.
  • Identify, develop, and close new business with manufacturers, OEMs, and end users.
  • Build strong partnerships with system integrators, distributors, and packaging line builders.
  • Conduct on-site assessments to understand palletizing requirements (payload, reach, cycle time, SKU variation).
  • Deliver technical presentations, ROI justifications, and live or virtual system demonstrations.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, solution proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Collaborate with application engineers on layout design, EOAT selection, and system configuration.
  • Track pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity through CRM tools.
  • Represent Huayan Robotics at trade shows, regional expos, and customer events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial automation, material handling, packaging equipment, or robotics.
  • Proven experience selling palletizing systems, robotic cells, or end-of-line automation.
  • Strong understanding of palletizing workflows, conveyors, case packers, stretch wrappers, and EOAT.
  • Experience with collaborative robots (or willingness to quickly master Cobot technology).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong territory management discipline.
  • Ability to travel 40–60% within the Middle South region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial Technology, or Business (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90, $130,000.00 per year
