A well-established, growth-oriented packaging solutions organization is seeking a
Business Development Manager
to join its expanding commercial team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving incremental revenue across assigned product categories and targeted market segments. Success requires developing new customer relationships and expanding existing ones by guiding buyers through purchasing decisions using a consultative, solutions-based approach. The position supports a broad portfolio of printed packaging solutions, including cartons, labels, flexible packaging, and folded inserts.
You will work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen customer partnerships and generate sustained, long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, win, and onboard strategic customers and new business opportunities that generate meaningful annual revenue growth
