Job Title: PSA Compliance Manager
Program: Unaccompanied Minors
Salary: $60,000- $64,800 (based on educational achievements and years of relevant experience)
General Responsibilities:
Catholic Guardian Services is looking for a organized & Knowledgeable PSA Compliance manager. The Prevention of Sexual Abuse (PSA) Compliance Manager is responsible for managing the implementation and ongoing compliance with the Interim Final Rule (IFR) on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and sexual harassment.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences, human services or social service fields or business administration or management;
- At least one year experience working with child welfare standards, best practices, quality assurance or compliance.
- Needs to speak fluent Spanish.
Desired Skills:
- Strong writing and oral communication skills, coupled with a proven ability to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with agency policy and procedures;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel to a multi-site community-based program operation.
