Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales management and sales consultant teams
  • Drive new and used vehicle sales performance, profitability, and market share
  • Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards
  • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to improve performance and forecasting
  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align sales strategy with dealership goals
  • Maintain compliance with all dealership policies and manufacturer standards

Qualifications & Experience
  • Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
  • Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivational management style
  • Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Track record of building high-performing, engaged sales teams
