Qualifications & Experience- Proven experience as a General Sales Manager or Sales Manager in an automotive dealership
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, motivational management style
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds (preferred)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Track record of building high-performing, engaged sales teams
