About the RoleAs our Academy Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy and its training programs. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, completing necessary forms, liaising with colleagues, and supporting the delivery of training courses. Your efforts will contribute to a positive experience for both staff and learners!
Your Responsibilities- Process and manage course bookings and registrations.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues across departments to coordinate activities and information.
- Complete and maintain forms, records, and documentation accurately.
- Support the delivery of training courses and programs, ensuring sessions run smoothly.
- Maintain communication with learners, staff, and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for all academy participants.
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
- PC literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; training will be provided on CRM systems.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- A target- and objective-focused mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
