Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls accurately.
  • Handle guest requests promptly, resolving issues with a friendly attitude and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest information using hotel management software.
  • Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy overnight.
  • Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Experience with night audit procedures is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
