Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Cornelius office. This is an in-office role where you'll be the voice of NuBlue — welcoming customers, supporting technicians, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Do
Achieve strong booking rates by building value in our technicians and services
Communicate with professionalism and empathy across phone, email, and online portals
Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and care
Accurately document concerns, requests, and updates in our software systems
Navigate call scripts while personalizing each customer experience
Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service processes
Escalate customer issues to the right teams quickly and effectively
Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1:1s
What You Bring
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily
Attentive, friendly, and patient demeanor
Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
A proven track record of reliability and attendance
Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
