Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in building relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions. This position combines exceptional communication skills with proactive outreach to promote our needle-free injection systems. Your efforts will help drive adoption of groundbreaking technology that enhances patient care.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing questions related to products, orders, and services with clarity and patience.
- Assist clients with sales processes, including order placement, product recommendations, and follow-up to maximize client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in CRM systems while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle outbound calling efforts to follow up on orders, solicit feedback, or promote new products or services.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and technical support to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computer skills to facilitate effective communication and documentation.
Experience
- Previous call center experience or customer service roles demonstrating strong client interaction skills.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or sales-oriented customer support is preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry tasks, analysis skills, and using CRM or similar software tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) along with general computer literacy is essential.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pay: $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
