We are hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to support our expanding operations in Richmond, Virginia. Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and clutter-free.
Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
Follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
Assist with loading outbound shipments.
Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, and move for entire shift.
Capability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and work boots.
Understanding of warehouse safety principles and logistics best practices.
