Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and put away incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and clutter-free.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues.
- Follow all established safety procedures and protocols.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Contribute to team goals and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong physical stamina; ability to stand, walk, and move for entire shift.
- Capability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Willingness to wear required PPE, including safety glasses and work boots.
- Understanding of warehouse safety principles and logistics best practices.
