Job Summary:
We are hiring a dynamic Warehouse Associate for our Seattle, Washington location. This role is essential for the effective operation of our distribution center, supporting a wide range of warehouse functions. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. A strong commitment to safety and teamwork is vital for this position within our logistics network.
Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Store inventory in designated warehouse locations, maintaining an organized system.
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently using order sheets or scanner technology.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring correct items and quantities.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, free from hazards.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed to support overall logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to operate various warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours if needed.
  • Understanding of basic inventory management and logistics processes.
