Position Summary

We are looking for a
Screen Printing Operator
to run manual and automatic presses, prepare screens, and help produce clean, consistent, high-quality prints. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. 
Relocation to the Mountain Home, Arkansas area is required for this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses
• Coat, burn, clean, and reclaim screens
• Mix inks and set up jobs according to specifications
• Maintain print quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot printing issues
• Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Screen printing experience preferred
• Artwork and film output/film printing experience is a plus
• Ability to lift and move materials as needed
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Able to follow instructions and meet production timelines
• Willing to learn and improve skills
