Position Summary
We are looking for a
Screen Printing Operator
to run manual and automatic presses, prepare screens, and help produce clean, consistent, high-quality prints. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.Ā
Relocation to the Mountain Home, Arkansas area is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual and automatic screen printing presses
- Coat, burn, clean, and reclaim screens
- Mix inks and set up jobs according to specifications
- Maintain print quality and consistency
- Troubleshoot printing issues
- Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications
- Screen printing experience preferred
- Artwork and film output/film printing experience is a plus
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow instructions and meet production timelines
- Willing to learn and improve skills
