We're looking for a
Business Development Manager
who's not just a closer, but someone who understands the value of trust, consultative selling, and long-term partnerships. You'll build on the strong foundation we already have—
while charting a path into new Industries.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Capitalize on Warm Leads & Referrals
– Work from a base of existing client goodwill to drive new business opportunities. - Open Doors in New Industries
– Identify and pursue opportunities beyond healthcare—our service is universal, and we're ready to share it. - Own the Sales Process
– Prospect, present, negotiate, and close. You'll manage it all. - Tell Our Story
– Show businesses how we make payroll easier, more accurate, and more personal. - Collaborate & Build
– Work alongside leadership to refine our sales strategy and support ongoing company growth.
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales (especially payroll, HR, financial services, or outsourcing).
- A track record of building client relationships and winning trust.
- Experience selling to small or midsize businesses in a variety of industries.
- A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work independently.
- Local presence near
Evanston, IL
