Job Summary (3pm-12am Primarily)
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience.
  • Manage guest reservations efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with enthusiasm, offering personalized solutions to enhance their stay.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed.
  • Maintain guest records, process payments, and handle billing with precision and transparency.
  • Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy overnight.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly and effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
  • Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred.
  • Ability to handle night audit duties and perform administrative tasks accurately during late hours.
  • Previous hotel or resort experience is advantageous, demonstrating familiarity with guest relations and hospitality standards.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with a professional appearance and attitude.
