- Meet face-to-face with school administrators, principals, afterschool coordinators, and other decision-makers across the Chicago metropolitan area.
- Present BrainClub's programs clearly and enthusiastically, connecting our mission to each school's needs.
- Stay organized and consistent with follow-ups throughout a 4–6 week sales cycle.
- Manage your own schedule and territory.
- Collaborate closely with the BrainClub team to refine messaging and help ensure our programs remain accessible to all students.
- Adapt your approach seasonally, balancing in-person sales during the school year with more email-based outreach over the summer months.

- A steady, well-managed pipeline that turns conversations into closed deals.
- Strong follow-through, ownership, and accountability.
