The receptionist will report directly to the distribution facility Office Manager and Customer Service Manager. The receptionist will perform various duties in regard to handling customer service as well.

Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing exceptional front desk customer service
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
  • Handling customer complaints.
  • Handling customer credits.
  • Reaching out to customers regarding online ordering.
  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Communicating with various departments regarding issues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
  • Ability to manager one's own time.
  • Active listening and critical thinking skills.
  • Be a self starter and take initiative, such as implementing more efficient processes.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
