Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to make a difference in your community? Radiant Health, a trusted provider of behavioral health and recovery services in Grant and Blackford Counties, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team.

About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist with grounds and property upkeep — ensuring that our facilities remain in excellent condition for both clients and staff.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, residences, and common areas to identify maintenance or repair needs.

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.

  • Maintain cleanliness and order in common and residential areas, including grounds upkeep, lawn care, snow removal, and general exterior maintenance.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or facility managers.

  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facility systems remain in safe working condition.

  • Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies, keeping inventory up to date.

  • Be available for on-call or emergency maintenance as needed.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Valid Driver's license.
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Must be able to hear, see, speak and be ambulatory
  • Able to work variable hours as needed.
