Are you a skilled maintenance professional looking to make a difference in your community? Radiant Health, a trusted provider of behavioral health and recovery services in Grant and Blackford Counties, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team.
About the Role:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in keeping our properties safe, functional, and well-maintained. You'll perform routine and preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, and assist with grounds and property upkeep — ensuring that our facilities remain in excellent condition for both clients and staff.
What You'll Do:

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, residences, and common areas to identify maintenance or repair needs.

Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and mechanical systems.

Maintain cleanliness and order in common and residential areas, including grounds upkeep, lawn care, snow removal, and general exterior maintenance.

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or facility managers.

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment and facility systems remain in safe working condition.

Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and supplies, keeping inventory up to date.

Be available for on-call or emergency maintenance as needed.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 2 years of maintenance experience.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Must be able to hear, see, speak and be ambulatory
- Able to work variable hours as needed.
