Bartender

Position Summary
The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering excellent guest service. This role supports the beverage program by following established recipes, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards
• Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines
• Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management
• Ensure compliance with TABC, food safety, and responsible alcohol service policies
• Handle guest questions, feedback, and concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred (fine dining or upscale a plus)
• Knowledge of basic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid Texas TABC and Food Handler certifications (or ability to obtain)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
