À propos

Time Mission designs and builds large-scale immersive gaming environments across the United States. Every new location requires a coordinated team of construction installers, carpenters, low-voltage technicians, and general labor. As we continue expanding across the U.S., we are hiring a Hiring Manager / HR & Field Staffing Coordinator focused entirely on U.S. operations and U.S. job sites.

This role is perfect for someone from the construction industry who understands trades, field crews, subcontractors, job-site realities, and the speed at which build schedules change.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hiring & Field Staffing Manager to oversee all U.S.-based recruiting, onboarding, and installation crew coordination for our rapidly growing entertainment brand.

The ideal candidate has worked in construction, exhibit building, custom fabrication, theater production, installation, or similar industries — and is comfortable hiring both full-time staff and freelancers/subcontractors.

This person will own the pipeline of U.S. labor (general laborers, carpenters, electricians, low-voltage techs, installers) and help plan, schedule, and support our U.S. build sites and installations.

  • Ensure proper onboarding and documentation for all U.S. workers.

U.S. Job-Site & Install Coordination

  • Work with project managers to understand crew needs for each U.S. job site.
  • Help plan staffing for installation phases (pre-wire, framing, theming, testing).
  • Assign crews and coordinate schedules for U.S. build sites.
  • Track staffing changes as timelines shift.
  • Support logistics for traveling teams (flights, hotels, drive plans).
  • Communicate frequently with onsite leads to keep staffing aligned with progress.

HR & People Operations (USA)

  • Maintain records, contractor agreements, and onboarding files.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. labor laws, safety expectations, and documentation.
  • Support performance and expectations management for U.S.-based field teams.
  • Assist with developing clear job descriptions, pay structures, and staffing standards.

  • Experience hiring or staffing skilled trades and labor.
  • Experience working with both employees and 1099 contractors/freelancers.
  • Understanding of tools, trades, job-site safety, and installation workflows.
  • Strong organizational, scheduling, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing timelines and manage multiple U.S. projects at once.
  • HR or recruiting experience is a plus, but construction staffing experience is equally valuable.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus (not required).

Experience

  • 3+ years in construction staffing, recruiting, job-site coordination, or field operations.
  • Experience supervising or coordinating carpenters, installers, or technicians is highly preferred.
