What You'll Do?
- Manage the owner's calendar, inbox, and priorities
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules
- Prepare notes, organize documents, and manage CRM data
- Assist with internal communication and project follow-up
- Provide reliable admin support to help the business run smoothly
What We're Looking For?
- 2–3+ years as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- Excellent written and veretbal English
- Highly organized, proactive, and discre
- Comfortable with CRM systems, calendars, and email management
- Able to anticipate needs and act independently
