What You'll Do?

  1. Manage the owner's calendar, inbox, and priorities
  2. Coordinate meetings, calls, and schedules
  3. Prepare notes, organize documents, and manage CRM data
  4. Assist with internal communication and project follow-up
  5. Provide reliable admin support to help the business run smoothly

What We're Looking For?

  • 2–3+ years as an Executive/Personal Assistant
  • Excellent written and veretbal English
  • Highly organized, proactive, and discre
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, calendars, and email management
  • Able to anticipate needs and act independently
