For our client, we are seeking a Sr Manager Program Management - Operational Excellence to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. As a Sr Manager Program Management - Operational Excellence, you'll play a key role driving outcomes across the Healthcare organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to solve meaningful problems and deliver results. This role offers visibility, ownership, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 annually.

Responsibilities

  • Own the operational excellence strategy for Customer Care aligned with growth goals
  • Manage and optimize relationships with outsourced partners, ensuring accountability for performance
  • Design and implement new operational flows and SOPs for product launches
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives and collaboration across teams
  • Establish and monitor metrics tied to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Partner with leaders to identify and remove barriers in the customer journey
  • Champion process improvement and standardization across the organization

Qualifications

  • 8-12+ years of experience in operational programs, process improvement, or vendor management
  • 4+ years managing outsourced partners or building customer support operations at scale
  • Proven success in driving operational transformation with measurable improvements
  • Deep insight into contact center operations and workforce management
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with external partners
  • Familiarity with systems thinking and change management
  • Bachelor's degree required; PMP, COPC, or Six Sigma certification preferred
