Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Chicago, Illinois. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be an integral part of our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
  • Stock shelves and manage inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
  • Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
  • Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
  • Knowledge of inventory control principles is beneficial.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and using required PPE.
