Your responsibilities will include receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory for accuracy and damage.
- Stock shelves and manage inventory levels using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing logistics, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety hazards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Knowledge of inventory control principles is beneficial.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of safety and using required PPE.
