Our growing company is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to fulfilling orders and ensuring efficient dispatch. We are committed to providing a safe and productive environment, which includes providing all necessary PPE and enforcing strict adherence to all safety guidelines. This position requires physical capability, including regular lifting and movement of inventory. Success in this role depends on reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude. Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
