Our growing company is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our daily warehouse operations, from receiving and storing goods to fulfilling orders and ensuring efficient dispatch. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training available).
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear and maintain all required PPE .
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
  • Contribute to the efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics .
  • Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
