I. The Employee's duties and responsibilities in the Position shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Welcome guests and check them into their rooms.
*Provide guests with information about the hotel and the local area.
* Respond to guest inquiries and requests.
* Handle guest payments and process credit card transactions.
* Process check-outs and generate bills.
* Make reservations for guests and book rooms.
* Process any special requests guests may have.
* Handle any complaints or issues guests have.
* Answer phone calls and emails from guests.
* Ensure the front desk is clean and stocked with supplies.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Fort Saskatchewan, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
Work Location: In person
