We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, responsible for ensuring the optimal operation and maintenance of our facilities and manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical, mechanical, and facilities maintenance, with experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount.
Duties
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues using schematics, Ohmmeters, and CMMS software.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including welding repairs and residential painting as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS systems.
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues effectively.
- Operate programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot automation systems.
- Supervise or assist in supervising maintenance tasks performed by team members or contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and facility protocols during all maintenance activities.
- Lead or participate in facilities maintenance projects to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong electrical experience, including working with schematics, PLCs, and Ohmmeters.
- Mechanical knowledge with skills in welding and residential painting preferred.
- Familiarity with CMMS software for work order management.
- Ability to read technical schematics and troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
- Supervising or leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English to document work accurately and collaborate with team members.
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities maintenance.

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
