Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing staff, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This role is vital to our supply chain success and offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within a leading logistics company.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct all warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
  • Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, enforcing all safety regulations.
  • Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
  • Monitor stock levels and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all Lifting guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and logistics.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
  • Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
