We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse logistics and inventory management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activities, managing staff, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct all warehouse operations, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to company policies.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse strategies and procedures.
- Coordinate the logistics of incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, enforcing all safety regulations.
- Implement and manage inventory control systems to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all Lifting guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Coordinator or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management principles and logistics.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Must be able to handle frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
