Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive restaurant experience, and a passion for the food industry. This role involves managing staff, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring the overall success of the restaurant.

Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including interviewing and training new team members
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to ensure quality and safety standards are met
  • Manage POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling
  • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor restaurant operations to maximize efficiency and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols
  • Lead team management efforts, including scheduling, supervising shifts, and motivating staff
  • Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships
  • Implement hospitality best practices to enhance guest experience
  • Handle administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and maintaining cleanliness standards

Skills

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or food service leadership
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
  • Proficiency with POS systems like Micros POS and cash handling procedures
  • Excellent team management, supervising experience, and leadership skills
  • Ability to train staff in food handling, serving, and hospitality protocols
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Experience with interviewing potential employees and building effective teams
  • Knowledge of kitchen operations, food industry standards, and restaurant experience
  • Hospitality background including hotel or barista experience is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $24.20-$30.06 per hour
