Overview
Evoke Wellness Centre is hiring a friendly and dependable Front Desk/ Admin team member to support our wellness practice.

Details

  • Hours: 1 day scheduled per week (Fridays). Addition hours available to cover shifts as needed.
  • Greet clients and manage appointment flow
  • Insurance billing, private billing, scheduling, and basic admin tasks
  • Assist customers with supplement pick ups
  • Answer phones and emails
  • Keep laundry running and complete light cleaning duties
  • Create a warm, welcoming from-desk experience
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained for optimal operation

Requirements

  • Reliable, punctual and organized
  • Comfortable with multitasking and client interaction
  • Experience working at the front desk with excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
  • Able to work independantly
  • Front desk, admin, or wellness experience is an asset
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary for team coordination and client interactions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Work Location: In person
