Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to add to our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service management, with expertise in menu following, food preparation, and kitchen operations. As a Chef Manager, you will oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow menus that cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining creativity and seasonal relevance.
- Prepare and cook food to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels to minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Kitchen manager certified
- Able to cook any and all meals, clean/sanitize appropriately after each meal and as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
