Executive / Personal Assistant (Early-Career Professional)
Location: Stuart, Florida
Position Type: Part or Full-time
Compensation: Up to $40,000 annually, based on experience
Overview
We are seeking a bright, motivated, and highly reliable Executive / Personal Assistant to support a physician-executive with both business and limited personal administrative matters. This role is ideal for someone 2–5 years out of college who is organized, VERY tech-savvy, and eager to learn how a professional practice and executive office truly operate.
This position offers unusual exposure to decision-making, project management, and professional responsibility for the right candidate.
This is an on-site position in Stuart, Florida; relocation or a long-distance daily commute is not expected to be sustainable. Medical office experience helpful.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks
- Draft emails, documents, forms, and presentations
- Maintain and update websites; assist with basic web design
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts
- Coordinate projects, schedules, and events
- Conduct online research and organize information clearly
- Assist with travel planning and logistics
- Support office initiatives and special projects as assigned

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required)
- Comfortable learning new software and online tools
- Excellent written communication skills
- Verifiable references
- Willingness to submit to background and credit check
- Non-smoker
Preferred (Not Required)
- GPA 3.3+ (academic performance matters)
- Basic web design or social media experience
- Interest in healthcare, business operations, or marketing
Compensation & Growth
