Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor t to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A passion for guest services and a commitment to creating memorable experiences are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Perform all check-in/check-out procedures accurately using our Property Management System.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and empathetic manner—both in person and over the phone.
- Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit card, and billing transactions securely and accurately.
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment.
- Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Promote and enroll guests in the Hilton Honors loyalty program, meeting property goals.
- Complete end-of-shift reports and ensure effective shift handovers.
- Uphold all Hilton brand standards and operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work from 11:20pm to 7:20am on weekdays, weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest services role is preferred.
- Experience with PEP PMS is a strong asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality education is an asset.
