Position Overview

Successful Candidate must currently reside in the Moncton New Brunswick or surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Greeting and assisting visitors or clients
  • Ordering office supplies, etc.
  • Organizing and maintaining files, both digital and physical, for Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Mailing using postage meter, and upkeep of such
  • Accounts Receivable Collections
  • Full Accounts Payable process
  • Emailing Accounts Receivable invoices, statements, and filing
  • Updating and upkeep of 8X8 online phone system
  • Weekly bank reconciliation
  • Building finished goods & moving inventory in our system
  • Handling confidential information with discretion
  • Other miscellaneous admin duties as required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and professionalism

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
