About
Position Overview
Successful Candidate must currently reside in the Moncton New Brunswick or surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Greeting and assisting visitors or clients
- Ordering office supplies, etc.
- Organizing and maintaining files, both digital and physical, for Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Mailing using postage meter, and upkeep of such
- Accounts Receivable Collections
- Full Accounts Payable process
- Emailing Accounts Receivable invoices, statements, and filing
- Updating and upkeep of 8X8 online phone system
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Building finished goods & moving inventory in our system
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Other miscellaneous admin duties as required
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of discretion and professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
