About Us
KW Landscaping designs and builds high-end outdoor living spaces including decorative concrete, landscape construction, and specialty outdoor projects. We serve residential homeowners and custom home builders and pride ourselves on delivering organized, professional projects from sale to completion.
We are growing and restructuring to improve efficiency, accountability, and customer experience. This role is a critical leadership position in that system.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to serve as the operational bridge between Sales and Production.
This person owns the execution of every sold project ensuring that what was promised is delivered accurately, on time, and profitably. The Project Manager takes over once a project is sold, organizes the schedule, prepares crews, manages communication, and holds all parties accountable through completion.
Once the project is completed, the PM formally hands the project off to our Office Manager for final billing and customer follow-up.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not an administrative coordinator position.
