Must Have: Hands on APex, LWC, Integration, Service cloud
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable
Salesforce
solutions, with a focus on the Field Service module. - Customize and configure the
Salesforce
Field Service Lightning (FSL) application to meet specific business requirements. - Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to extend
Salesforce
functionality. - Design and implement seamless integrations between
Salesforce
and other internal/external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. - Utilize integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) to facilitate data flow and system connectivity.
- Optimize
Salesforce
performance, including code optimization and efficient data management. - Customer facing with good communication skills.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Adhere to
Salesforce
best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to
Salesforce
and integrations. - Stay up-to-date with the latest
Salesforce
releases, features, and technologies, particularly in the Field Service domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on
Salesforce
development experience. - 3+ years of experience with
Salesforce
Field Service Lightning (FSL). - Extensive experience with
Salesforce
development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL. - Strong understanding of
Salesforce
data model, architecture, and security. - Proven experience in designing and implementing
Salesforce
integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. - Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with
Salesforce
deployment processes and tools (e.g., Git,
Salesforce
DX). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

II,
Salesforce
Certified Field Service Consultant are a big plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with mobile development for
Salesforce
Field Service. - Knowledge of Field Service business processes and best practices.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
