Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable 
  Salesforce
   solutions, with a focus on the Field Service module.
• Customize and configure the 
  Salesforce
   Field Service Lightning (FSL) application to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop complex Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs) to extend 
  Salesforce
   functionality.
• Design and implement seamless integrations between 
  Salesforce
   and other internal/external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Utilize integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) to facilitate data flow and system connectivity.
• Optimize 
  Salesforce
   performance, including code optimization and efficient data management.
• Customer facing with good communication skills.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Adhere to 
  Salesforce
   best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to 
  Salesforce
   and integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 
  Salesforce
   releases, features, and technologies, particularly in the Field Service domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on 
  Salesforce
   development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with 
  Salesforce
   Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Extensive experience with 
  Salesforce
   development tools and technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Strong understanding of 
  Salesforce
   data model, architecture, and security.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing 
  Salesforce
   integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with 
  Salesforce
   deployment processes and tools (e.g., Git, 
  Salesforce
   DX).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Salesforce
   certifications 
  Salesforce
   Certified Platform 
  Developer
   II, 
  Salesforce
   Certified Field Service Consultant are a big plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with mobile development for 
  Salesforce
   Field Service.
• Knowledge of Field Service business processes and best practices.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
