FP&A Manager Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights into business decisions.
- Partner with the CFO to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and profitability initiatives.
- Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide financial support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
- Enhance financial planning and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.
FP&A Manager Requirements
- 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
- Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
- Preferred experience in a corporate FP&A environment.
- MBA or CPA is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and experience preparing presentations for boards of directors.
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
