FP&A Manager Responsibilities

  • Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights into business decisions.
  • Partner with the CFO to develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth and profitability initiatives.
  • Monitor performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Provide financial support for special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Enhance financial planning and analysis processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial management.

FP&A Manager Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software
  • Experience with BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or QlikView.
  • Preferred experience in a corporate FP&A environment.
  • MBA or CPA is a plus but not required.
  • Strong communication skills and experience preparing presentations for boards of directors.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team while fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
