Job Summary:
Join our bustling warehouse as a Warehouse Associate in Phoenix, Arizona! This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics hub, involving a wide range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage.
  • Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately according to customer requirements.
  • Load and unload trucks using appropriate equipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with physical inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with all logistics and warehouse procedures.
  • Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Support other warehouse functions as needed, contributing to overall team success.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) regularly.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and following safety guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a logistics environment.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
