Key Responsibilities
- Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk activities, multi-line phone systems, and calendar coordination to ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage vendor relationships by coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining clear, professional communication.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
- Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing to support daily operations.
- Support company meetings, training sessions, and occasional events as needed.
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
- Perform bookkeeping functions using QuickBooks Enterprise (minimum 2 years' experience required), including invoicing, expense tracking, and
