Willow Behavior Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a Compassionate, Values-Driven Behavior Technician (CBT/RBT) to join our team.

At Willow, we don't just talk about culture, we try to do it in our behavior and the way we treat people. Our team supports one another, leads with kindness, values empathy, and believes that true growth happens through connection and collaboration. If that sounds like you, we genuinely want to hear from you.

Who We're Looking For

Someone who:

  • Brings warmth, patience, and genuine care to their work
  • Thrives on connection—with clients, families, and teammates
  • Values professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset
  • Understands that high-quality ABA is compassionate, modern, and assent-based
  • Wants to be part of a supportive, drama-free, growth-oriented team
  • Is comfortable working in home, school, and community settings
  • Is willing to travel between client locations within Kitsap County (e.g., Bainbridge Island, Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, Seabeck).
  • We work hard to reduce travel time, and all travel is paid—but travel is a natural part of home and community-based ABA therapy.

ABA experience and/or RBT certification is preferred, but not required. For the right person, Willow will gladly provide the 40-hour RBT training and support you through the certification process.

What You'll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, schools, and community settings
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a BCBA
  • Support meaningful skill building—communication, play, daily living, independence
  • Collaborate closely with your supervising BCBA
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with families
  • Maintain accurate and professional session documentation

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay based on experience and certification
  • Paid travel time
  • Paid training + ongoing mentorship
  • Supportive, accessible leadership team
  • Positive, connected, drama-free work culture
  • Opportunities for career advancement
  • Potential for Health, Dental, Vision and 401k after 6 months.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+
  • High school diploma or higher (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable traveling between client locations
  • ABA/RBT experience preferred but not required
