Willow Behavior Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a Compassionate, Values-Driven Behavior Technician (CBT/RBT) to join our team.
At Willow, we don't just talk about culture, we try to do it in our behavior and the way we treat people. Our team supports one another, leads with kindness, values empathy, and believes that true growth happens through connection and collaboration. If that sounds like you, we genuinely want to hear from you.
Who We're Looking For

- Is willing to travel between client locations within Kitsap County (e.g., Bainbridge Island, Silverdale, Bremerton, Poulsbo, Seabeck).
- We work hard to reduce travel time, and all travel is paid—but travel is a natural part of home and community-based ABA therapy.
ABA experience and/or RBT certification is preferred, but not required. For the right person, Willow will gladly provide the 40-hour RBT training and support you through the certification process.
