Your Role
- Provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Complete evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapy interventions
- Accurately document resident progress and maintain all required clinical records
- Collaborate with nursing, dietary, therapy, and medical staff to support the best clinical outcomes
- Educate residents, families, and staff as needed regarding therapy goals and strategies
- Promote resident independence, safety, and quality of life through person-centered therapeutic care
- Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies and guidelines
What We're Looking For
- Active SLP license in Colorado (or eligibility for licensure)
- Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathology program
- Strong communication, assessment, and clinical problem-solving skills
- A passion for serving residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
- Reliability, professionalism, and commitment to high-quality therapeutic care
